Thought I would update you on the latest goings-on with the Refurb at The Tally Ho Tearooms!

Well in the last two weeks, Miles has finished a two week slog of painting the ceilings, with at least three coats of paint!  Then there are all the walls which have been painted, sometimes up to 4 coats.  Nearly all of the panelling is replaced and painted with at least one coat of the final colour.

Some of the kitchen cupboards have been fitted with the sinks replaced/refitted in preparation for the water heater and, dare I say, rather large coffee machine!  A lot of the tiles have been repaired and replaced and are just looking for some grout, although there is still quite a bit of tiling to repair still.

I have updated the Tearooms Refurb page with some recent pictures, taking down the signs and cleaning the kitchen.  Although as of today, the huge canopy and the equally huge commercial gas cooker have been taken out.

And… now that the extractor canopy has been removed we can repair the wall/ceiling and fit up the over counter cupboards.  I do now need to source an electric cooker however! 

Definitely on the hunt for some great staff now, to start End March/ beginning April.
