Following on from a personal scrapbook page I made last year with the title “I Can Do This”, which was made as encouragement for myself to keep going and stop doubting myself (with regard to this massive gamble my husband and I were taking by buying a closed pub and turning it into a Tearooms!)…
… I made this layout as an acknowledgement of what I have achieved!
Here is a close up of one of the hand made flowers (made using the wet crumpled paper flower technique)

Oh Sunday!!! You did it!!! Your dream is coming true!!! I am in the States…Texas (Dallas area) and I wish there was a “tea room” like yours here. I LOVED your page layout above and I very much enjoyed the video on border accents pieces. I took thing these would be great to use up a pile of scraps that you just can’t throw away but will CLUTTER your space in no time. I think these would be a great source of inspiration with regards to color and “feel” Thanks a million for inspiring me and Congratulation on your Tea Room adventure!!!
Valerie Martin
P.S. Thanks to you!!!! I now have a serious RIBBON addiction!!! (I just can’t get enough…all the colors are SSSOOOO DELICIOUS!!!) I am definitely going to have to use ribbon on the Border accents. LOL
Thank you Valeria that’s very sweet of you. And with regard to ribbon, I have to do a demo of different ways to use ribbon next week and it will be in the next newsletter, so you’ll get some ideas to use that lovely ribbon!
