I actually made this page whilst sitting with my (soon to be 7 year old) daughter for an hour or so last Sunday! She actually wanted to do some scrapbooking - she’d been thumbing through some of my albums I had left out. So I got out some stash and set up a table, and we sat in her room scrapping together… ahh that was nice!
I decided to ‘just do it’ and so I grabbed a couple of papers and a 12×12 background cardstock and just placed the items around and about. I think I had finished it from scratch in about 90 minutes!
The flowers I stamped with co-ordinating inks to link them in to the colours of the layout.
Easy peasy on the flag detail, just triangles of patterned paper adhered to a piece of string and each flag is embellished with a contrasting little button. I did use silicone to hold a couple of the flags in place to keep the curve in shape.
