Do you make these Indulgent Desserts?  I don’t think many of us do at home… most haven’t got a tall enough glass!
Anyway, I have just posted a little bit about the Knickerbocker Glories at the Tearooms if you want to take a look!

I have such plans for the Tearooms, but we have been sooooo busy (which is fantastic) that I have not had a chance to organise much.

Yes, as I mentioned yesterday, the sign is up and here I am in a typical sort of “tourist” photograph!  But at least it gives you a sense of scale!

I designed the logo myself.  I had the help of local sign writers “EPS Transfers” in Halesworth to tweak the graphics and produce the signs themselves and [...]

We finally had our main sign put up this evening and when I get the time to retrieve the photos from my phone I’ll show you the end result!
Suffice to say Miles and I are most pleased! Back soon!

It’s been an incredible week at the Tearooms here in Mettingham (Suffolk, England)!
After a very, very busy opening weekend (coupled with it being Easter Weekend too) we have been busy ALL week serving lots of lovely customers!

We officially opened The Tally Ho Tearooms yesterday and have been overwhelmed by the response!
We have been run of our feet for two days and have had people visiting from quite a distance because they have seen the article about our opening in the local (and not so local) papers.

We had our coffee machine installed on Monday and we had some training too!  Miles and I shall have a play/practise at the weekend… anyone for a coffee or a hot chocolate? (I made sure I have some of the white chocolate delivered too… it’s brilliant).
